General informations
The Afro-Arab Cultural Institute is a cultural organization located in Bamako, Mali. The Institute was established in April 2002 to facilitate and promote relations and exchanges between African and Arab peoples through culture.
The Africa-Arab Cultural Institute seeks to create awareness among the elites and public opinion in Africa and the Arab world to the unity of their common destiny and the need to build interconnection and respect between them.
The objectives of the Africa-Arab Cultural Institute are:

Promote the steady development of the process of Afro-Arab cooperation, through implementing activities, programs, meetings and joint studies.

Facilitate and encourage dialogue and communication on common strategic issues related to culture, socio-economic subjects of common interest.

Provide advice and proposals and options for policy makers in the Arab and African regions.

Develop joint program for negotiation with partner international organizations.

Establish a network of cooperation with similar regional and international centers.
Our team
The Board of Trustees is the highest organ of the Institute and is accountable to the African Union and the League of Arab States. The executive team of the Afro-Arab Institute is composed of the members below:
